Tuesday [Day-2] – Activity Day, Cardio {30-45 minutes}

Tom cruise consume 1200 calories per day which is a low calorie diet. He consume very low amount of carbs, grilled food items and avoid excessive oil in his diet.

He likes to eat micro meals throughout the day rather than consuming large meals.
